1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Hivehub’s services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Hivehub offers IT solutions including software development, web design, IT consulting, digital marketing, and technical support. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing before project commencement.

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information needed for service delivery.

  • Respond promptly to requests and communications.

  • Make payments as agreed.

  • Use our services lawfully and not engage in activities harmful to Hivehub or others.


4. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

  • Late payments may lead to suspension or termination of services.

  • All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise specified.


5. Intellectual Property

Ownership of intellectual property created by Hivehub remains with Hivehub until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights transfer to the client as specified in the contract.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hivehub is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., force majeure).

  • Client misuse or failure to provide necessary information.


8. Warranty and Support

Hivehub provides limited warranty on delivered services, typically covering bug fixes or errors for a defined period post-delivery (usually 15-30 days). Ongoing support is available under separate agreements.

9. Cancellation and Termination

  • Clients may terminate services by written notice.

  • Hivehub may terminate services due to breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse.

  • Payments due for work completed up to termination remain payable.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Abbottabad.

11. Changes to Terms

Hivehub may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
