3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Website/Software Projects: Delivery timelines are outlined in the project proposal and depend on scope and client responsiveness.

  • Maintenance & Support Services: Typically initiated within 24–48 business hours after agreement or payment.

  • Consultations & Reports: Delivered within the agreed schedule, usually within 3–7 business days.


4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

  • Provide all required content, credentials, and approvals.

  • Respond to communication and feedback requests promptly.


5. Delays and Force Majeure

We strive to meet all deadlines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen technical issues, changes in client scope, or force majeure (e.g., internet outages, natural disasters). Clients will be notified immediately if such situations arise.

6. Confirmation of Delivery

Once a service is delivered, the client will be notified and asked to review it. A limited revision window (as per agreement) is available for minor corrections.
