Monthly Services (e.g., maintenance, hosting, support):
- Refunds must be requested within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.
- After 7 days, the full month is billable and non-refundable.
Consultation or One-Time Support Services:
- No refunds are provided after the service has been delivered, unless there is a proven error or failure on our part.
