  • A full refund is available if the project has not yet started.

  • A partial refund may be considered if the work has begun but is not more than 50% complete.

  • No refund is issued once the project is more than 50% completed or fully delivered.


Monthly Services (e.g., maintenance, hosting, support):

  • Refunds must be requested within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.

  • After 7 days, the full month is billable and non-refundable.


Consultation or One-Time Support Services:

  • No refunds are provided after the service has been delivered, unless there is a proven error or failure on our part.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations, software licenses, or third-party service fees.

  • Delays or project issues caused by client-side inaction or lack of communication.

  • Custom features or design work completed as per client request.

  3. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
